Part Time Caretaker with good maintenance, gardening, and cleaning experience required for private house/holiday let in Nefyn Wales. The ideal person must have a willingness to cover a variety of duties and is reliable and efficient.

Immediate start.

**Salary**:£16.00ph 15-20 hours per week.

**Hours**:Flexible

**Duties**:

- Mowing.
- Hedge cutting
- Garden tidying.
- Clearing leaves/brushing.
- Watering.
- Weeding gardens and paths
- Gutter cleaning.
- Sweeping.
- Wiping down/oiling furniture.
- DIY/decorating.
- Cleaning/Changing beds etc.
- Jet Washing
- Windows

**You must**:

- Be a driver with your own car.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be reliable & responsible.
- Be honest & trustworthy.
- Have a flexible attitude.
- References will be required.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: £16.00 per hour
