**WORDINGS COUNSEL - INSURANCE - to £108000**

An experienced lawyer is required to join a major insurance sector client working as a wordings counsel advising the Wordings team and the wider business in respect of insurance contracting and wordings issues with a particular focus on Cyber Risk.

**Role Overview**

This is an In-House Counsel position providing specialist advice on coverage and wordings to the underwriting, claims and reinsurance groups at this major insurance client

The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor or barrister with the following experience/characteristics:

- Experience advising underwriters and claims professionals on insurance contracting and wordings issues probably gained at a leading UK or US insurance law firm.
- Comprehensive understanding of structure and scope of standalone cyber insurance products.
- Experience of working within the London market preferred.
- Comprehension of the Lloyd's framework, subscription market, Xchanging and Wordings repository.
