Submissions Assistant

**Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised person to join our submissions team due to exponential growth at All Eco UK, as we continue to work towards becoming market leaders in fully funded ECO Upgrades including Home Insulation, Heating Upgrades and Renewables.

Working closely with the submissions manager, as an ECO Submissions Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our submissions team and providing administrative support to our staff.

This is a full-time position with regular office hours.

**What will you do?**:

- Ensuring no areas of any installation specifications have been missed before engineers leave site
- Liaising with surveyors and installers across the business to ensure all pictures are compliant and evidence is exhaustive, on completed jobs to prepare the paperwork pack for submissions to funders
- Completing all installation paperwork with installers and customers and combining this with pre and post pictures to ensure a fully compliant submission and ultimately being responsible for ensuring a fully compliant submission.
- Confident to answer the phone to support the wider team and to liaise with engineers and other organisations
- General administrative activities to support other submissions team members

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,412.94 per year
