Totally Wicked has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Head Office in Blackburn.

**- Warehouse Operative (Sunday - 06:00 - 14:00 and Mon to Wed - 06:00 - 16:30)**

The purpose of this role is to operate as part of the warehouse team, under the guidance of management to ensure customer requirements are satisfied in a timely, accurate and consistent manner in line with the Company’s mission statement.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Follow instruction from management in regards to daily workloads
- Pick, check and pack customer and reseller orders
- Receive goods from internal and external suppliers
- Put-away into bulk or pick face storage
- Replenish pick face locations from bulk
- Print customer orders and prepare the orders prior to picking
- Provide support for all internal stocktakes
- Handle packaged orders in a professional manner dealing with carriers and external customers
- Process credit returns
- Using company vehicles, deliver customer orders in a timely and professional manner
- Keep the internal and external work area clean and tidy whilst maintaining high levels of health & safety standards at all times
- To achieve targets and job standards set out by management
- Perform any reasonable task requested by management
- Communicate effectively with management in the approach to work and daily tasks
- Behave in a professional manner at all times, to ensure that the best service is provided to customers

**Salary**: £19,150.00-£20,000.00 per year
