**Overview**
We are seeking a talented Product Owner to join our fast growing and high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance our product portfolio, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help address the unique challenges faced by our customers operating within high-risk industries and drive the development of innovative payments and trading products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners to gather feedback, facilitate communication, align on product goals and manage detailed requirements.
- Document clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback, market trends, and evolving priorities.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to keep the team and delivery on track.
- Oversee the delivery of product increments, ensuring they meet quality standards and business goals.
- Champion the ‘voice of the customer’ working closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Support addressing and resolving production issues, ensuring that the product remains high quality and meets customer expectations.
**Skills and Experience**
- You have significant experience working as a Product Owner in a FinTech environment.
- You have a working knowledge of cross-border payment schemes, FX and digital assets.
- You ideally have an understanding of the evolving payments and digital asset regulatory framework.
- You have experience of Agile development, interacting and working with engineering teams.
- You have been involved in a startup/scale-up and are comfortable working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You are a highly motivated individual focused on solving customer problems and driving business impact.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking and decision-making skills.
- You are fully IT literate and familiar with JIRA and Confluence.
