We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at one of our amazing primary schools in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced educators and contribute to the academic and personal development of the children.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.**:

- **Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials and resources.**:

- **Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development.**:

- **Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to support ongoing assessment and evaluation.**:

- **Supervise students during break times, outings, and extracurricular activities as required.**:

- **Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student.**:

- **Adhere to school policies and procedures, always promoting a safe and respectful learning environment.**

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.**:

- **A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of young learners.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.**:

- **Patience, resilience, and the ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.**:

- **A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Relevant qualifications in education or child development are desirable but not essential.**
