**Core tasks**:

- Operations Management**
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and/or closing procedures, weekly events, inventory management, and cash handling
**- Staff management and leadership**
- Responsibility for staff management issues
- Responsibility for staff development (training, coaching, and supervision)
- Schedule and assign tasks to bar staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and events
**- Quality control management**
- Implementation, improvement, monitor the quality of beverages served, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes and standards
**- Customer Service**
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly, and resolving any issues that arise.

- Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, and themed nights to drive sales and enhance the customer experience

- Assurance compliance with all health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and company policies and procedures

- Assist in monitor inventory levels, prepping order lists as needed, and conduct regular stock checks to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock levels.

**Qualifications**
- Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
- Previous experience in hotel or barista roles is a plus
