**About the role**

We currently have an amazing opportunity for a **Lobby Host** to join our friendly team at **Cambridge** working with a leading global technology company. This is a great role for a customer focused individual who has experience providing world class service

Being the first face many will see, you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You’ll have polite and cheerful mannerisms, always creating a memorable experience for our clients and visitors

You'll be using lobby experience tools, to schedule all visitors, tailoring essential orientation information to enhance their customer journey, acting as an ambassador for all visitors until connecting with their host, event or meeting Arraigning deliveries and collections will be part of your daily duties

Responding to any reasonable requirement in order to deliver a 5-star customer service will part of your daily duties

**A few things about you**

If you have a passion for customer service, great attention to detail, a positive approachable attitude and love being part of a focused team then we would love to hear from you

As this is a customer facing role your excellent customer service and communication skills are key. Being a team player is also important, there’s no ‘I’ in team

We want you to bring your willingness to learn, can-do attitude and IT skills when you join us

Sodexo embeds a strong safety culture in everything we do. There will be company procedures to follow alongside our Health & Safety practises so it is vital that you will champion this.
