Hutchinson Technical Services (HULL) are looking to employ a **Workshop Administrator **for our HGV Workshop in the Humberside area.

Applicants will ideally have a motor vehicle repair background, with good communication skills face to face and on the phone, experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook and R2C if possible.

Daily tasks will include:

- Booking in jobs
- Ordering parts and consumables
- Completing job cards
- Updating R2C system with pricing, job info
- General Admin
- Communicating with customers for updates and info on jobs

We are a busy, growing Vehicle Workshop based on Crowle Street Industrial Estate, Hedon Road in Hull. With a prime location we are a family owned company growing quickly with constant investment and development in our facilities and staff.

Working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with the requirement to work every other Saturday morning 7am - 11am.

We offer services such as:
Planned Maintenance Inspections, MOT preparation, Vehicle Diagnostics, VBTs, Air Con Servicing, Welding and Fabrication so on.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
