**Luggage Porter**
Assist departing guests with their luggage and transportation arrangements, by picking up luggage and storing it in luggage room
To ensure the Luggage room is always manned
To ensure all incoming and outgoing luggage handling is efficient, with accurate administration and record keeping
Escort all arriving and departure guests to self-check in and check out
**Housekeeping Porter**
Previous experience working as Linen Porter will be advantage.
A good knowledge of Linen Porter tasks
High customer service standards

Four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant and energetic Luggage porter for Zedwell Piccadilly.
**What are we looking for?**
Minimum 1 year as Luggage Porter or Housekeeping Porter
An Individual being able to work part of a team in a busy environment
A flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and occasional late-night work
