Website Content Writer

ICAAL is an award winning full-service creative digital marketing agency, based in beautiful Grade 2* listed offices in Southampton’s city centre.

Due to continued rapid expansion, we are looking for a talented Website Content Writer to join our creative team of digital experts.

You will be joining a successful and forward-thinking company who actively invests in its people, equipment and premises. You will be assisted by our team of SEO experts, talented graphic designers and web developers.

Your duties will include the following:

- Creating well written, optimised copy for our expanding base of high-profile clients’ websites.
- Optimising copy for web and uploading content to a WordPress content management system.
- Researching products and creating relevant product pages and articles.
- Liaising with the Digital, SEO and Graphics Departments to complete projects as specified.
- Liaising with clients over their website's content.
- You will have the ability to work to deadlines with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Desire to progress and develop their skills.
- Excellent written skills, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
- An understanding of and ability to adapt to tone of voice.
- Good team player.
- Passion for all things creative.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Responsible and independent.
- Confident, can-do attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile.
- Good ability to prioritise work and recognise problems.
- Display strong communication, analytical, written and creative skills.
- Knowledge of the Wordpress CMS would be an advantage.
