We are looking for an experienced and professional **Barista** to lead our broker's coffee lounge for an insurance company in the City of London.

As a **Barista** you will need to have complete mastery of coffee as well as being a hospitality professional with 5-star service for our Brokers. You will need to be able to build rapport and serve coffee with a smile.

**The start date is the first week of January**

The ideal **Barista **will be able to:

- 1 year (minimum) experience in specialty coffee
- The ability to dial in espresso to a recipe and taste
- Steam milk accurately for each required drink
- Pour latte art consistently
- Work quickly and cleanly
- Operate with excellent hygiene standards, ensuring equipment remains clean, wiped down, and presentable at all times
- Ensure cleaning schedules are followed and carried out correctly
- Ability to multitask
- Carry out grinder maintenance when required
- Motivated to self-manage and use initiative when required
- Assist in stock-taking for ordering through the company
- Friendly and approachable customer service
- Build rapport with clients, customers, and other employees

The successful **Barista** will receive:

- Up to £35k per annum (Up to £15ph)
- Monday to Friday
- 40-45 hours a week contract
- 8 am - 4 pm/5 pm
- Fixed hours and overtime will not be necessary

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
