Our client is looking for an experienced compliance administrator to come on board to support a busy interim period for the organisation. You will love all things compliance, be able to follow and implement company processes and ensure the company is always compliant with all areas.

**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**:

- First point of contact for Compliance queries
- Effectively drive Compliance projects ensuring that they are tracked
- Help guide and advise the business regarding FCA, ICO requirements, policies and procedures, and how to achieve Compliance with these
- Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance
- Develop and execute new compliance policies and procedures as required
- Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments
- Help maintain policy framework
- Ensure that all relevant training takes place and is recorded
- Support with all other adhoc administration for the department
**SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**:

- Tons of energy, humour, compassion, and enthusiasm
- Experience with compliance processes
- Strong communications skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively act as an intermediary between customers and the sales teams
- Work well independently as well as collaboratively with the wider business
- A results-orientated work ethic with impeccable attention to detail, determination, and drive
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
