As an Early Years Practitioner we will expect you to be kind and friendly and happy to chat and sing with our children. We also require you to be a key person to a small group of children, monitoring their progress and being the main point of contact for them and their family.

Following on from our recent OUTSTANDING ofsted inspection we have high expectations of all practitioners to ensure that all our children are flourishing. If you would like to develop your early years career within our small, friendly setting then please get in touch.

**Salary**: £11.20-£12.22 per hour
