Our focus is supplying senior level and niche requirement recruitment solutions to construction and engineering clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific. We help contractors, OEM’s, engineering consultancies, and client organisations to fill urgent and mid to senior-level requirements.

**The Role**:

- Using business development and marketing techniques to win new business
- Using Linkedin and state of the art software to manage your own desk
- Meeting clients face to face both in the UK & Abroad

**The Person**:

- An Experienced Recruitment Consultant or Sales Person
- A Confident communicator
- Experienced in B2B business development techniques on the telephone and in person
- Balanced extroverted character who is confident developing relationships with senior level people
- Experience dealing with professionals.
- Able to use Microsoft Suite

Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission + Flexible Hours**

**Must have the right to work in the UK.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
