**Working hours**: 8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with two 30 min breaks. 40hrs a week. Overtime will be available on regular basis.

**Details**:
Thorp Precast specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke architectural precast concrete cladding and structures. We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner to look after our offices and the welfare facilities within our business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable and varied position.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Cleaning canteens, changing rooms, office spaces, meeting rooms, corridors, toilets, kitchen areas and any other communal areas as required.
- Emptying bins and allocating waste to the correct recycling areas.
- Cleaning windows.
- Carrying out routine checks, e.g. running water temperatures.
- Notifying management of any necessary repairs in these facilities.

Tasks involved are: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing.
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning/hygiene role.
- Knowledge in the use of a variety of cleaning products and equipment, including the awareness of COSHH.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to be self motivated and have pride in their work.
- Ability to work on their own and in a small team.
