Club Coordinator

We offer gymnastics classes to children aged 4 years and above at The Rainbow Leisure Centre on Saturday mornings, term time only.

We aim to provide quality, affordable gymnastics classes to girls and boys aged 4 years and above in the Epsom area. We aim to be fully inclusive and enable children of all capabilities to develop their fundamental skills in a safe and fun gymnastics setting. We are a fully registered British Gymnastics club.

**Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to act as the Club Front of House and help to coordinate classes. They will be responsible for overseeing the front desk and the co-ordination of the gymnastics club in conjunction with the trained coaches.

**About us**:
Epsom Gymnastics is an expanding gym club in Epsom that opened in 2004. We are passionate about providing fun recreational classes that place participants at the heart of every session.

There are currently 4 classes which start at 9:00am and finish at 12:45pm for children aged 4 years upwards and last 45 minutes each. There is paid time before and after classes for the set up of equipment and for a coaching briefing. The club is based at The Rainbow Leisure Centre and has great transport links.

**The Role**:
Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming gymnasts and ensuring accurate records and registers are kept
- Liaising with parents about the progress of their children, when necessary
- Communicating with parents concerning club policies and procedures
- Following the club’s policies and creating a safe and enjoyable environment for children to learn in
- Ensuring timely rotations of apparatus happen and oversee the smooth running of classes
- Overseeing safe dismissal of gymnasts back to parents/guardians
- Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks when required
- Assisting with club promotion/marketing/development/social media
- Taking responsibility for the safeguarding and promotion of the welfare of children

**The Benefits**:
The rate of pay will be hourly starting at £12.50- 14.50 per hour, based upon your level of qualification and experience. Finally, there is free parking available.
