We are looking for a dysphagia-trained SLT to join our team to work on general acute wards and with patients with H&N cancer An interest in H&N is expected, but direct experience with this caseload isn't necessary as training can be provided. We're a large, friendly team with great CPD opportunities, and regular supervision.
To provide an efficient and high quality specialised speech & language therapy service for patients on the acute wards and to those with a Head and Neck (H&N) cancer diagnosis who may be inpatients or outpatients.
To supervise recently qualified speech & language therapists, assistants and students.
To participate in Continuing Professional Development, clinical audit and in service training.
To be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of their professional and clinical work, working to agreed national and professional standards
