We have experienced **a rise in bookings following a boom in the UK staycation industry** meaning **we are busier than ever,**reaching record numbers for bookings and setting our sights on becoming **the UK's number one holiday letting agency**

To meet the demands of this busy booking season, we are expanding our team like never before and are growing at a rapid rate across almost every department. **Our Revenue Management Team is no exception to this,**where we are seeking our latest **Market Pricing Specialist.**

As a team we are focused on **optimising revenue for our property owners and for the business.**This role **plays a key role** in the department as an **expert who is the property owners' point of contact for any pricing or revenue related queries**, making this position **the perfect opportunity for an analytical, results oriented individual who is an excellent communicator and has a commercially focused mindset**

We are thrilled to be adding to our **Market Pricing Team**, who are responsible for three critical functions 1) Pricing strategy and execution ensuring we are competitive, profitable, and maintaining customer trust in pricing across our portfolioof properties. 2) Taking owner queries on pricing and advising them on optimal price points both reactively and proactively. 3) Working closely with our Revenue Management and Pricing Research teams to optimize pricing for all holiday seasons and durations

**All we ask is you have the following (we can handle the rest)**:

- Good numeracy and data interpretation skills
- Customer Experience Skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of factors affecting price levels
- Proven negotiator in difficult situations
- Strong commercial awareness (ideally within the holiday lettings or travel and tourism industry)
- Understanding of browser based IT systems
- Experience using MS Office suite (Excel etc)

- Pricing background
- Understanding of demand elasticity and revenue management
- Experience of contract and commercial terms negotiation
- Ability to effectively communicate with other teams to influence change
- Experience of working within the travel and tourism industry and/or property sectors (e.g. estate agency or residential lettings)
