This is an opportunity to support our Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract (AASC). As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be helping to run all purchasing and invoicing activity in relation to AASC contract operations and overall contract management.

**Day to day you’ll be involved in**:

- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally across the AASC contract to ensure excellent service delivery standards
- Carrying out all purchasing activity to include Purchase Order (PO) processing, invoice processing, payment processing, dealing with vendor queries, prepare and provide vendor statements to management when needed
- Identifying problems and solutions to ensure all payments are processed effectively
- Supporting wider Business Support Team with daily monitoring and management of both purchasing, complaints and learning and development mailboxes, processing complaints, ensuring adherence to response standards, KPI timescales and customer escalations andrequest

**Preparing for your recruitment journey**:
Our provider will require you to take a skill scan and undertake initial assessments if you are selected for the apprenticeship.

You must have GCSE Grade A-C or 9-4 under the new grading system in Maths and English (or acceptable equivalent) or L2 Functional Skills.

A VALID UK passport is required for this role
