Dardan is a fast-growing Security Company providing bespoke security solutions to our rapidly increasing client base.

We are looking for a Head of Security Operations Centre (SOC) to be a key part of our Senior Management Team based in our Head Office, in Great Shelford. You will own the Security Operations Centre development strategy, implement the operational delivery model and maintain all agreed service levels for our national Security Operations Centre for Mobile Services and Resourcing.

**What we offer**
- £45,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 50 hours per week

**What we need**
- SIA frontline licence in security guarding/door supervision and Public Space Surveillance (PSS) CCTV (or the ability to obtain)
- Project management experience (PRINCE2 practitioners welcomed)
- Experience of senior level management of people and systems
- Experience of IT hardware, software and platform-based operating systems (TrackTik, Timegate etc)
- Experience in Security Incident Response
- Proven experience of leading teams in a customer service environment
- Transferable monitoring/call centre experience (alarm monitoring centre, emergency response centre, helpdesk/service operations)
- Ability to utilise business data to drive business improvement and the ability to present complex information

**Role**

The role is responsible for the delivery of the following outputs:

- SOC direct support to front line operations 24/7/365
- Maintaining the continuous monitoring of systems (visual and alarms)
- Communications (internal and external)
- Mobile Patrol and Alarm Response services
- Manpower resourcing across the operational portfolio
