**Pay Rates**:
£ 23.00 - £ 26.00 paye per hour

£ 24.00 - £ 27.00 paye inclusive of holiday pay per hour

£ 25.00 - £ 28.00 umbrella per hour

*All the rates are depending on skill and experience

**Working Days and Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm working 37.5 hours per week.

**Travelling for work purposes**: Yes. To be visible and work across all sites in the Woking Area.

**Job Summary**

Responsible for the oversight and management of all buildings and workplace locations across various healthcare sites. Delivery of an effective and efficient service whilst demonstrating high levels of compliance with all relevant estates adhering to buildingregulation mainly through the management of our landlords in all locations. Identification, recording, evaluation of risks arising at various healthcare sites and creating risk mitigation plans while working closely with Health & Safety Team (also includessecurity & fire safety). Develop and maintain a rolling program of repairs and renewals across the portfolio which includes a constant assessment and understanding of site utilisation and usage purpose.

**Duties**
- Responsible for all estates matters including the maintenance of a robust estates and premises management system. Liaise with the relevant site leads on all areas of estate and working with external stakeholders when required. Represent the various trustsat estates meetings.
- Keep the Board and Executive updated and informed of any potential or emerging risks within the sites. Produce formal reports to all relevant committees and Boards including the Health & Safety Committee and Quality & Safety Committee.
- Work closely with the Head of Health & Safety, jointly overseeing estate wide audits and inspections delivered by team members. In addition, work closely with wider department leads such as Infection Control to deliver to stated requirements.
- Responsible for the developments and operational undertaking of a rolling programme of repairs and renewals across the entire estate footprint. Also implement and manage a utilisation tool to effectively measure the usage of the estate and buildings.
- Implement and maintain estates key performance indicators in order to provide information and assurance to the organisations executive and Board.
- Working with the Learning and Development department, support any training requirements in relation to estates usage and wider estates assessments.
- Support the estates with the administration of RIDDOR, accident/incident reporting and assist the investigation of serious accidents in relation to estates and premises.
- Be responsible for the organisation and administration of the NHS PS operational board in relation to the overall landlord monitoring and contract delivery.
- Advise the health and safety team on premises related health and safety matters.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

Must hold a masters or equivalent level certification for health and safety regulations.

Possess a NEBOSH Qualification?

Experienced in managing staff across multiple levels and divisions.

Hold a valid UK driving license.
