Cleaner/housekeeper

We are a small team that is growing quickly and therefore we are always on the lookout for exceptional housekeepers. We are currently recruiting a housekeeper to manage all changeovers for a lovely 1 bed flat in the centre of Worcester.

Ideally you will have some experience with AirBnB holiday lets, but this is not essential, what we are looking for is an experienced committed housekeeper with an eye for detail, who can prioritise and has excellent time management skills. You will take pride in your work and go that extra mile to make sure our guests have a wonderful experience when they stay with us.

A deep clean of all appliances (i.e. oven, fridge etc) is required at every changeover, and a full clean of the property, including floors, surfaces etc to ensure it is spotless for the next guests coming in. We require linens to be laundered and ironed off site and brought back to the property for the next changeover. You will need your own transport and enough space to wash, dry and iron all bedding and towels etc.

All cleaning materials are supplied, and vacuum etc.

At every changeover you will:

- Check stock levels for tea, coffee, cleaning products, shower gel etc and refill as necessary.
- Look out for, and raise, any maintenance issues or concerns with the friendly office team. We rely on you to bring to our attention anything broken, missing etc.

We anticipate having at least 1-2 changeovers per week, especially during the busy summer period, and you will need to be flexible to work on different days of the week, and some Sundays, when we have back to back bookings and a guest checking in on a Sunday.

This is a self-employed role with a competitive salary of £20 hour agreed as a fixed cost per changeover.
