**2. Charitable Social Enterprise Difference and Strategic Ambitions**:
As a charitable social enterprise, we are different. Our purpose is to improve the physical, mental and social wellbeing of local communities. We make a difference by:

We aim to be the most successful and influential leisure & cultural social enterprise in the UK. We have determined the key areas we need to focus on to deliver our purpose, and these are captured in six high level strategic themes. We have developed a framework to deliver these six themes, which we express as the ‘GLL Cube’ - each face of the Cube representing one of the themes - as shown adjacent (_in laid out form before putting all together_).
We use the analogy of the Cube because of the connectivity between the six faces (in terms of how they either impact on others and/or reflect on them).
