**Pay Rate**: Starting at £11.55 per hour, £12.05 upon passing probation, £12.25 with qualification

**Hours**: 7:30am - 7:30pm or split shifts 7:30am - 1:30pm / 1:30pm - 7:30pm

We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of those we care for, supported by exceptional staff in a beautifully maintained setting. Walton Manor, a Grade II listed manor house, is surrounded by mature gardens and offers a library and hairdressing salon, stunning gardens and a large sunroom/conservatory, community-focused lounges and dining areas

**About the role**:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing quality care and support - this pivotal role involves:

- Assisting residents in their daily living tasks, including personal care, medication and mealtimes.
- Supporting daily activities to enhance well-being, promote choice, foster independence, and uphold dignity.
- Offering encouragement and companionship by actively engaging with residents.
- Leading of handover sessions and shift management.
- Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the care team.
- Liasing with other health professionals and families.

**About you**:
In order to be considered as a Senior Care Assistant with us, you will need:

- Have good communication skills.
- A kind and caring nature with a passion for enriching lives.
- At least 1 years’ experience within a care environment.
- Level 2 in Health and Social Care and willingness to complete your Level 3.
