- If you’ve answered yes, then a role in administration could be the opportunity you have been waiting for- We are looking for motivated individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our Motor First Notification of Loss (FNOL) team.- Being the contact for all parties following a motor incident, we are looking for a calm, empathetic and reassuring manner to guide the caller through the claim details. You will be expected to gather all the accident information that is available and accurately record on the client’s system. It is essential that we ensure the customer is clear on the claims process and their expectations are managed right from the outset.
- However, we will ensure that you have the relevant training to do the job and ensure that any questions and support you need whilst in this role are fulfilled.
- We're looking for individuals who are reliable, pro-active and positive to join our team to help drive forward our processes and performance for our clients. If you're someone who enjoys responsibility, the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team while delivering excellent service, then this could be the role for you.- Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance. - You will have/will be:Exceptional customer service skills
-Good level of education - at least to GCSE level or equivalent
-Excellent attention to detail is essential
-A positive and pro-active attitude to exceeding client and customer expectations
-Excellent telephone manner, but not essential
-Strong communication skills - both written and oral
-Accurate keyboard skills
-IT literacy
