Do you enjoy working on your own, driving, and physical work?

You will be assigned a modern van that you will use and keep at your home address. Fuel cards, PPE, Mobile and anything else needed to complete the role are provided. An onboarding training program is provided by one of our current drivers so that you become confident in your role and in the way we carry out business.

We’re a specialist waste collection company with over 18 years of industry experience. Based in Cheddington and proudly employing 35+ local team members, we’re known for our outstanding customer service and commitment to environmental responsibility.

Now we’re growing, and we’re looking for a talented driver to join our team.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

In this role, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Drive, look after, and keep the vehicle clean
- Lift and load different waste streams into one of our vehicles
- Use one of our handheld PDA systems to receive jobs and complete worksheets
- Keep in contact with our office team and provide accurate information
- Complete walkaround checks in a professional manner and raise defects when they arise

You’ll be supported with full in-house training and ongoing development to help you succeed.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re after someone who:

- Has no major endorsements on your licence
- Has good communication skills
- Has a safe place to store your company vehicle overnight

Experience in driving and loading is preferred but not essential - the right attitude is what matters most.
