Pre Assessment Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a band 2 Administrators to support the Surgical Pre Assessment clinics.
The Surgical Pre Assessment clinic is an independent nurse led outpatient clinic which is responsible for the pre operative assessment, optimisation and preparation of elective surgical patients under the care of 8 different surgical specialities.
We provide a service for approximately 1000 patients a month, running clinics Monday to Friday 7.45 - 17.45 hours.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will provide a comprehensive administration, booking and appointment service for (outpatients) Pre Assessment and ensure compliance with waiting time targets.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You will need to have excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- The confidence to work with patients and senior clinicians.
- The ability to work independently
