**Permanent IT Recruitment - RPO Model**
**Hybird (London Office + WFH)**
**£40k-£50k BASIC SALARY + 1/4 BONUS + COMMISSION = APPROX £60-70K OTE.**
I have some great news for all you Onsite Recruiters in the RPO Technology / IT World. A brand New RPO Client Win means Lorien are looking for a number of IT Recruitment Business Partners.
Ideally, you would have worked onsite / in-house or in an RPO capacity specifically delivering across the whole of the IT Recruitment spectrum. You will need to be 'Hands On' and driving and developing 'Direct Recruitment Strategies' and 'Direct Recruitment'while also having strong senior stakeholder management experience in an onsite capacity.

**1st Tier - Lorien Onsite Direct Recruitment Team**
**2nd Tier - Lorien Offsite Recruitment Team (Resourcers & Account Managers)**
**3rd Tier - Vendor Management (External Agencies)**
The role will encompass all elements of the recruitment life cycle working with the client from demand planning, resource approval and requisition, interviewing selection and on-board. The client will expect that Lorien will deliver best in class recruitmentservice and practices drawing on the knowledge and experience of our team. The client will expect this person to either have the knowledge first hand or to be able to work with the Lorien RPO team and act as conduit to ensure that the service is deliveredto the highest level.
**Key skills**:
- Proficient in full life cycle permanent IT recruitment delivery
- Streamlining recruitment process / Vacancy management
- Ability to qualify technical job specifications with line management
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders with the client
- Ability to identify process improvements and efficiency's in relation to recruitment best practice
- Must be 'hands on' and able to demonstrate various direct recruitment strategies
- 3rd party management
