**Inside Sales Representative - B2B Sales - fully office based**
Are you and existing Inside Sales Representative looking to take things to next level and work for Europe’s largest provider of network-connected vehicle solutions. As an Inside Sales Representative you will be part of a hardware enabled SaaS business lookedto add an ambitious, clever, career focused finance professional who takes pride in themselves and their work to join the team.
You will need to be **successful B2B sales professional** and be looking to join a business growing at a fast pace with room to grow with the pace of the business. You will also need to work in a fast-growing dynamic environment where you willneed to be flexible and prepared to take on responsibility.
**The role;**
- Focus on growing our SME customer base
- Working solely on self-generate leads
- High volume of cold calling
- Ensuring our CRM is updated
- Taking full responsibility for your individual sales pipeline
- Managing all self-generated opportunities as per our global sales process
- Consistently achieving your monthly sales target and MRR goal
- Updating notes on working opportunities
The European element of our business consists of an operational office in Reading which hosts a Customer Success department alongside Management, Finance, Sales, Stores, Field & Electronic engineers.
**Experience/Qualification;**
- Previous B2B sales experience for a minimum of 3 years,
- Considerable experience in a SaaS subscription business
- Proven track record in previous sales roles
- Experience with using a CRM - Preferably Salesforce
- Experience in self generating leads and a high volume of cold calls
- Self-motivated individual
- Reporting to the National Sales Manager (UK)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and,
- an understanding of the current sales process in place
- Very high and consistent attention to detail; and,
- integrity, honesty, reliability, ambition, drive, focus, determination
**Package**;
Basic of £35k per annum, **Realistic OTE £55k year one**. Competitive salary, uncapped commission, performance bonus, private health care etc., workplace pension scheme.
