**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and mix shisha flavours according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to during the preparation process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including tools and equipment used for shisha preparation.
- Assist in managing inventory levels of shisha materials and supplies, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, offering recommendations, and answering any questions regarding shisha options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in shisha flavours and preparation techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills for measuring ingredients accurately.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
