**Job Overview**
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our products and services, engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. **Duties**
- Engage with customers in retail environments and through direct outreach to identify their needs and present suitable product solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction
- Generate leads through cold calling, territory management, and targeted marketing efforts to expand our customer base
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, follow-up support, and ongoing account management
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
- Develop new business opportunities by prospecting in assigned territories and nurturing client relationships
- Negotiate terms with clients, close sales deals, and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new customers

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer engagement and closing deals
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analysis skills to understand client needs and present compelling solutions
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus; ability to conduct product demos is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to perform cold calling, inside sales activities, and upselling techniques confidently
- Customer service orientation combined with a proactive attitude toward business development and territory expansion
