**Love working with children? Passionate about making a difference?** We’re looking for a **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support a **brilliant 7-year-old with autism** in a warm and welcoming private school.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Providing **1:1 classroom support**, making learning accessible and fun
Using **SEN strategies** (visual aids, sensory breaks, structured routines) to help the child thrive.
Working with teachers, parents, and therapists to give the best possible support.
Encouraging independence, social skills, and confidence.
Keeping track of progress and celebrating small (and big) wins.

**What We Need From You**:
**Level 3 TA qualification** (or equivalent).
Experience supporting children with **autism or SEN**.
Patience, energy, and a positive attitude.
Knowledge of **communication strategies** (PECS, Makaton, TEACCH - or willing to learn).
Team player who loves a challenge and brings creativity to learning.
