**Interim Regeneration Project Lead**

**3 months - Likely Extension**

**Location: North East**

**Daily Rate: £400 - £425 a day (inside IR35)**

**Partly Remote (Initial Site Visits)**

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority based in the North East to support the recruitment of a Regeneration Project Lead.

Your role in this position is to oversee and deliver the council's Regeneration projects. You will be responsible for providing the essential policy, project management, coordination and support for economic growth, regeneration of place and community achievingthe area's shared outcomes and objectives.

**Other areas of the role**:

- To oversee and manage the delivery of the Local authority's Regeneration, Public Realm and Funding Projects.
- To manage and coordinate key policies, projects, and partnerships ensuring delivery within the agreed budget, timelines and quality standards of the local authority.
- Stakeholder management, overseeing partner consultants & contractors, oversight of statutory orders, project financial oversight, risk management, procurement, programme, and mentoring will all be to the fore in project deliverables
- Develop and manage the council's programme support function for local businesses using the provided government funding.

To be considered for this role, you will have relevant experience working within the public and private sectors. A Project Management accreditation or the relevant equivalent qualification. Ideally, you will have significant experience working on Local authority'sRegeneration, Public Realm and Funding Projects.
