**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering high-quality service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£18.05 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
