Blair West is pleased to be working alongside OSE European in their search to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their budding finance team. This established role will cover the two trading entities for the business, both OSE European and Time Critical Freight.This is a full time, office-based position with hours of 08:30 - 16:30.

**The Role**:

- Creating purchase orders
- Processing all purchase invoices, coding up and resolving any invoice approval issues
- Supplier statement reconciliations, resolving queries and discrepancies
- Setting up new supplier accounts
- Weekly payment run preparation
- Bank reconciliation
- Dealing with supplier queries promptly and accurately
- Creditors ledger management
- Ordering company supplies
- Preparing month end accrual
- Other ad-hoc duties during peak periods

**Your Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in a similar AP role
- Experience with Sage 50
- Commencement of AAT studies preferable
- Experience with month end desirable
