**£65,000 - £72,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits**

**We are looking for a Head of Facilities Management who will take overall responsibility for the operational delivery of the service requirements for BCA Group Businesses for FM/Projects. The HO FM will ensure controlled management of FM spend and capital expenditure against pre-agreed budgets across multiple Group companies. There will be regular interaction with the Procurement team in relation to performance against budgets and formal supplier reviews. There will also be responsible for collation of data and review of current compliance within the Group in relation to FM.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Working closely with Procurement team to ensure adherence against financial budgets and support formal tendering and supplier review process.
- Cost control and challenge to individual business lines concerning ongoing and emergency site maintenance.
- Working closely with Divisional Finance teams to ensure financial goals are aligned.
- Management of planned maintenance delivery and life-cycle programme.
- Management of reactive maintenance delivery and incidental works.
- Ensure best value management techniques within contract.
- Development of contract delivery strategy, providing demonstrable operational benefits.
- Development of relations and collaboration with BCA representatives to ensure delivery of contract.
- Liaison with Core Works team to ensure integration of Core Works and Services.
- Jointly responsible for management of supply chain partners.
- Provide audit role to ensure adherence to processes.
- Ensuring compliance with BCA policies on Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Environment.
- Drive out efficiencies and generate savings and best value solutions.
- Responsible for collation of data and review of current compliance within the Group in order to collate to central database.
- Line manager one report.

**Key Skills**
- Proven experience of in a similar role
- Proven experience of budget management
- Working knowledge of P & L Accounts
- Recent successful experience of controlling business in excess of £10m
- Experience of working closely with Procurement for supplier sourcing and management
- IT literate FM Management Information Systems, MS Word and Excel & MS Project
- Project management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain
- Mobile to travel between sites
- Recent successful experience of negotiations with clients and exercising diplomacy
- Experience in successfully working in a pressured and stressful environment Extensive experience in managing a large multi-disciplined workforce
