**Kitchen Team Member**

**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen manager or head chef.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Stock and rotate ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
- Ability to assist with cooking tasks, such as chopping vegetables, grilling meats, or preparing sauces.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from kitchen management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.45-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 45 per week
