We are looking for **Head Server** with a positive attitude, drive and ambition who want an exciting and progressive career within a new hospitality brand. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of servers, making sure that the needs of our guests are being met by your team. Using your initiative and experience, you will be able to think quickly on your feet and delegate tasks within your team to ensure the smooth running of the front of house.

With your excellent communication skills, you will be a natural at building relationships with your team members and guests and be focussed on driving a high-quality experience for all.

**About you**

The successful applicants should be able to demonstrate the following:

- Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality sector
- Solid customer service experience, working to very high standards
- Ambitious, career orientated and ready to establish a new national bar and dining experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast
- Inspirational communication skills
