The Quality, Risk and Safety team for Maternity are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual to join our busy, friendly team to support driving forward the work we are doing in promoting a proactive approach to risk management and patient safety.

Specifically the post holder will be expected to:
Be an authoritative and credible source of knowledge, information and specialist clinical advice in relation to ensuring that all clinical incidents are reported and reviewed in line with the Trust's policy for management of risk and Patient Safety Response Framework (PSIRF).

You will provide clinical governance advice/guidance to all grades of staff, which will contribute to the delivery of a clinically effective service in line with local and national safety recommendations, Trust policies and procedures.
