One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic opportunities for UAT Testers to work within the financial services sector for a major financial organisation. This is a fullyremote role, working to support an existing client on a system integration project.
**As a UAT Tester, you will**:

- Be accountable for ensuring the successful completion of testing
- Be responsible for all day-to-day test management activities of the project from start up through to completion
- Understand the goals based on the project requirements and develop an efficient test plan which can deliver the anticipated benefits and avoid any issues going into production.
- Ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly understood and resources are effectively led to ensure they are available at the right time to support the requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Testers, Business SMEs, Test Team, IT and Project Teams.
- Ensure the testing progress, risks, issues, dependencies and bugs are raised in a timely manner to project and business teams.
- Arrange a regular triage meeting with relevant teams to work through the defect resolution and closure.
- Make sure the business requirements and processes are covered in the test scripts created
- Ensure outstanding issues from UAT that cannot be fixed in the accompanying release are discussed with Project Team and Business SMEs and agreed a way forward.
- Ensure key milestone dates are maintained and coordinating sign-off accordingly
- Oversee quality assurance and formally sign-off test scenarios and test completion needs to be achieved in UAT phase.
- Support Dress Rehearsal and Business Verification Testing at the time of project implementation / go live.
- Identify any lessons learnt in order to develop and improve the UAT management best practice approach.
- Ensure any post implementation issues and testing requirements are carefully led and monitored alongside the business

**To be a successful UAT Tester you will have the following skills and experience**:

- Strong UAT testing background ideally within the financial service sector
- Analytical and problem-solving ability Strong ability with Word and Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure in a challenging and constantly changing environment
- Required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check for this project.
- Required to undertake a full credit check report.
