**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Assist in the creation of impressive proposals and presentations using design software, such as Adobe InDesign (training will be provided)
- Provide exceptional support to the senior team members in various administrative tasks and daily operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities
- Actively contribute fresh ideas to improve business processes and enhance overall customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Any Degree discipline or work experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (recent graduates welcome)
- Excellent research abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in property, offices, fit out

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Proficiency in customer relationship management, with basic understanding of CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of document design software, particularly Adobe InDesign
