**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using basic maths skills to ensure correct billing.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of meals.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards throughout service.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy periods.
- A background in culinary arts or kitchen operations is beneficial for understanding menu items.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
