Our client a highly Successful International Organisation are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst based in Redhill, Surrey but the client has a good Hybrid Working Pattern

**Description**

As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for the below, you don't need to have covered all of the responsibilities, this is a role you can develop into and training, development and progression will be given

Production of the P&L accounts
- Preparation and submission of quarterly result to group via consolidation system
- P&L Reporting
- Calculation of expense pre-payments and accruals
- Production and posting of month end journals
- Producing variance analysis on key overhead changes

Production of management reports and analysis to support business decision making process
- Expense accounting and control of all UK entities
- Departmental Cost Tracking analysis to support key budget holders around the business.
- Support senior management team with expert added value analysis
- Support in preparation and production of contract profitability reporting

Production and reconciliation of Intercompany balance sheet accounts
- Production of key Inter-Company reconciliations and recharge accounts
- Liaising with internal & external partners within Group to agree IC balances.
- Working closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables team to manage outstanding balances
- Preparation of Intecompany billing invoices

Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Assist in preparing and managing forecasting model
- Assist in production of commentary schedules for management and group
- Liaise with business managers to ensure accuracy and suitability of budgets
- Assist in Group bi-annual cashflow budgeting

Other support to cost accounting team
- Assisting in VAT return calculation
- Assisting in preparing relevant audit evidence for Statutory and Internal Audit
- Management of Fixed Asset Register

**Profile**

? Ideally Studying for an accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) but not essential

? Strong Excel skills

? Ideally relevant experience for the role but you don't need to have covered all of the responsibilities, this is a role you can develop into and training and development will be given

? Analytical person who enjoys problem solving

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Self-starter, positive attitude with the ambition to progress within the organisation

? Team player

? Commercial mind-sense

**Job Offer**

£28,000 - £32,000

Bonus of up to 5% -10%

Study Support but its not essential your be studying

Monday to Friday 9-5 with an hours lunch (35 hours a week),

Hybrid Working with 3 days a week from home, two days in the office
