We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to provide one to one support to a boy in year 5 with ADHD, needs help keeping on task and help with sensory breaks. This boy is very sporty, so a TA that is into sports would be an advantage.
- **Rate of Pay: £10.50 to £11.77 per hour**:

- **9am to 3pm**:

- **Hours: 27.5 hours per week**:

- **To start: September**:

- **Location: Mainstream School in Everton**

**Requirements**:

- Be qualified at NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants (or equivalent)
- Have relevant, recent experience within the primary age range
- Experience of working 1:1 with pupils with SEN needs is essential
- Engage and support children in their learning through a variety of strategies, adjusting activities for the pupil they are working with to support learning styles and individual needs
- Feedback to teaching staff regarding progress and outcomes
- Have the ability to work constructively as part of a team
- Have a positive approach to managing behaviour
- Develop positive relationships with children, staff and parents to promote the progress and attainment of children
