We’re currently recruiting for an **LGBT+** **Admin Support** **Volunteer** to join our mental health team at elop

elop is an award-winning LGBT Mental Health and Wellbeing Charity with 26+ years’ experience of supporting LGBT+ communities across London and surrounding areas.

Joining our Mental Health Team, you will be part of a passionate and dedicated team supporting our community in our counselling and Heads-Out, mental health support services.

Volunteering in this role will give opportunity to support the Mental Health Administrator with a variety of administration tasks, including:

- Contacting clients to arrange pre-counselling appointments
- Making appointment bookings on zoom, using our room booking systems
- Data entry and analysis
- New counsellor administration
- Checking and maintaining room booking systems
- Collating qualitative data for reports

Confident knowledge and experience of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.

This role requires access to some client data and as such an awareness of managing sensitive data, GDPR regulations and confidential practice is essential, as is respecting and valuing the diversity and lived experiences of our communities.

We know life can be busy so we want to share our expectation. We ask that you make a 6-12 month minimum commitment of around 10-12 hours a week.
