Lucky for you, we currently have a range of exciting opportunities for Cashiers, Bar Staff, Hospitality Waiting Staff, as well as back of house Porters and Food Prep Assistants working with the Arena catering team.

Hours of work will be event dependant and will primarily be evening and weekends, although there are occasional daytime shifts available.

However, if you would prefer to be out of the limelight and work better behind the scenes we also have porter and food prep roles available.

Applicants must be over 17 years old.

**In our front of house roles you will be expected to**:

- To Upsell to every customer you come in contact with, Everyone always needs a little extra.
- To support your fellow team members with every task that is required to achieve a great service.
- Show off and shout about the amazing food you are about to serve and the drinks you are about to upsell with it.
- To support the chef managers with Food Preparation and
- Food service wherever required.
- To have so much enthusiasm that you feel like you are the star of the show.
- To clean up as if it was your home and your parents are due a visit. This includes getting your hands wet and learning how to effectively use a mop
- Treat every team member as family that you go to work with.
- To have Fun and enjoy what you are doing.

**For our back of house roles you will be expected to**:

- To clean and maintain hygiene standards in all areas as requested
- To follow all written guidelines with regards to use of chemicals
- To comply with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- To prepare and setup all front of house and back of house areas as required by following work sheets, function sheets and instructions from management
- To continually monitor equipment reliability and advise the
- Back of House Supervisor of new and replacement equipment requirements
- To support the chef managers with Food Preparation and
- Food service wherever required.
- To have so much enthusiasm that you feel like you are the star of the show
- To clean up as if it was your home and your parents are due a visit. This includes getting your hands wet and learning how to effectively use a mop
- Treat every team member as family that you go to work with.
- To have Fun and enjoy what you are doing.

Now the serious stuff which is needed in every Business:

- To ensure we keep our customers safe by following all our health and safety rules.
- To protect our customers by completing all our relevant food safety standards and guidelines and ensure full compliance on daily diaries, temp control and service standards.
- To ensure all relevant team member training is completed and kept up to date as expected.
- To wear and comply with our uniform standards which keep you and all your crew members safe.
- Most of all to be the best version of yourself and try your hardest in every task you are given. Do that and you’re awesome for the role.

- Holiday is accrued at 12.07% of hours worked
