**Reports Coordinator - Part time - flexible, Monday-Friday**

Working with a growing SME in North Bristol you will play a key role in the Operations Support team.

- **Core Tasks & Responsibilities**_
- Updating/creating Excel databases & schedules
- Tracking and collating data
- Producing and checking variety of reports
- Co-ordination of air and water samples to include logging, tracking, processing and
- reporting.
- Escalating queries including positive samples through appropriate channels
- Liaising with customers, technicians and Account Managers for all aspects of reports
- Administration of customer portals/databases where required
- Processing customer satisfaction surveys
- Producing schematic/line drawings through Microsoft Visio
- Other duties as required to suit the needs of the business
- Skills & Experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Team player able to work with colleagues in various levels across the business
- Problem-solver able to think on their feet and deliver effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal skills to ensure clear and professional communication
- Self-starter able to show initiative, drive projects and manage time efficiently
