**Job Title**: Finance Manager

**Location**: Didcot Quarter (near Milton Park), Abingdon

**Salary**: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience

**Job Type**: Full time or part time, Permanent

**The Role**:
In this position you will be responsible for undertaking the full financial accounting function of the Company's UK operation. You will provide financial advice to the UK senior management team and work collaboratively with the financial controlling function in Germany. There is potential for the right individual to develop this role and encompass more financial controlling and analysis.

This role may suit an experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge, or part time hours, or equally an up and coming finance professional ready to take on a mostly stand alone role to gain broad commercial experience of financial management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Allocate costs, revenues and invoices to correct nominal and cost centre
- Prepare cash flow forecast and UK budget with relevant stakeholders
- Management and reconciliation of credit card, fuel card and petty cash
- Management of financial accounting, VAT and Tax
- Facilitate annual financial audit
- Maintenance and development of financial processes
- Use of Xero and SAP

**Key Requirements**:

- Relevant experience within a UK organisation
- Commercial awareness and ability to operate in a mostly stand alone position
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification would be beneficial
