**As our JOB TITLE you will**
- Welcome guests in to the hotel
- Check in and check out & allocating rooms
- Answering guest queries and complaint handling
- Exceptional Customer Service

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
- Minimum one years’ experience in a similar role in the hotel Industry
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
- Self-motivated and good organisational skill

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.50 per hour
